Stephen Miller,18, son of 1st Sgt. Robert Miller at the MO National Guard, was involved in an accident inTebbetts Thursday, July 22 and lost one of his arms. He is at University Hospital. His father was already at University Hospital. He had surgery earlier in the week and was scheduled to be released July 25th.
