ra_logo1WHAT IS ROYAL AMBASSORS?

Royal Ambassadors (RA?s) is a Bible ?centered, church based, Southern Baptist mission education organization for boys in the grades one through six. The purpose is found in the RA motto: ?We are ambassadors for Christ.? (2 Corinthians 5:20) The first step in becoming ambassadors for Christ is to lead boys to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Evangelism and outreach are essential.

The objectives of Royal Ambassadors are found in the RA motto pledge.

  1. The first objective of the pledge is for the boy to become a follower of Christ
  2. He then learns and demonstrates concern for others.
  3. He learns how missionaries tell about Christ in North America and around the world.
  4. He is led to see that he can work with others to do the same kind of things and can share about Jesus himself.
  5. Finally, the boy is encouraged to be clean and healthy in both mind and body.

They achieve these objectives by doing on-mission projects, learning about Southern Baptist missionaries, praying for mission efforts, and giving to mission offerings
